Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Untitled Photos (the “App”), operated by Garvish Jain, an individual developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where permitted by law

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. No User Accounts

The App does not require the creation of user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and the App.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer one-time in-app purchases, including a lifetime license.

All payments are:

• Processed by Apple through the App Store
• Managed by RevenueCat, a third-party service provider
• Subject to Apple's terms, conditions, and refund policies

We do not collect or have access to your payment or billing information. All payment processing is handled by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Lifetime License

If you purchase a “lifetime” license, this license grants you access to the App for as long as the App or its services are made available by the developer.

This includes:

• Access to the App and its core functionality
• Features available at the time of purchase

The term “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the App or service, not the lifetime of the user, and does not guarantee perpetual access.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, limit, or discontinue features
• Introduce new features or services that may require an additional purchase
• Change, suspend, or cease operation of the App at any time

Your lifetime license:

• Does not guarantee access to all future features
• Does not entitle you to future updates, server-based functionality, or maintenance
• Will terminate if the App or service is discontinued

No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused portions of a lifetime license, except where required by law.

6. App Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable if the App is unavailable for any period of time.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and branding are owned by Garvish Jain or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services to function properly, including RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. For more details about how RevenueCat processes information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in an unlawful manner.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we work to provide a reliable and secure experience, we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the App or USD 100, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict of law rules.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute related to the App, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
