We do not require users to create an account and we do not directly collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses during normal use of the App.

1.2 Contact Information

If you contact us by email or through the App, we may process the information you provide (such as your email address and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry or provide support.

This information:

  • Is used only to handle your request
  • Is not used for marketing
  • Is deleted once it is no longer necessary, unless retention is required by law

Where required by applicable law, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to user inquiries or taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

1.3 Photo Library Access

The App requires access to your Photos library to provide organization and cleanup features.

Important:

  • All photo processing happens entirely locally on your device
  • Your photos are NEVER uploaded to our servers
  • Your photos are NEVER transmitted off your device
  • We cannot see, access, or store your photos
  • Photo data is not used for tracking or profiling

The App accesses your photos only when necessary to perform requested features, including but not limited to, reviewing and deleting photos.

2. Payments

The App uses RevenueCat as a service provider to handle in-app purchases and subscriptions.

RevenueCat's role:

  • Processes and manages in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Handles subscription management and receipt validation
  • We do not collect, receive, or have access to:
    • Payment card details
    • Billing information
    • Personal financial data

All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store, and RevenueCat acts as an intermediary to manage subscription logic and entitlements.

3. How We Use Information

We use information solely for:

  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Responding to user inquiries and providing support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

Payment and subscription data is retained by RevenueCat only as long as necessary to process and manage your purchases, in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable law.

We do not retain payment information on our servers.
